International Shipping
Nicdelmar.com does not charge additional for any custom clearance fees charged by the government. Customs brokerage charges, duties and taxes will be billed to the customer via the credit card on file.
If the package is refused by the customer for any reason, the customer will be responsible for all customs brokerage charges, duties, taxes and returned shipment back into the United States. The customer will be billed via the credit card on file plus a $10.00 service fee.

Return Policy
Exchanges and Returns are accepted on items NOT WORN, ALTERED, or WASHED with ALL tags attached and must be made within 14 days of the date you received your order.
Shoes must be exchanged or returned in the original undamaged shoe box, with no signs of wear and no postal labels. Damages or omission of the shoe box from your exchange or return will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
All swimwear exchanges or returns must have the original price tags and hygienic liner intact to be eligible for an exchange or return. All swimwear is sold as a set.
All REDUCED PRICED ITEMS, Candles & Roxanne Rizzo Bronze Glow Tanning Mists are FINAL and cannot be exchanged or returned.
If exchanged or returned items are not received in the same or similar condition that they were received in, Nic del Mar may deny request for exchange or refund.
Returns are FAST & EASY:
1. Affix the UPS Return Label to envelope or box designed for shipping.
2. Include a copy of your Invoice in the package
3. Drop off your package to any location of The UPS Store, UPS Drop Box, UPS Customer Center or UPS Alliances (Office Depot or Staples). To find the location nearest you, please visit the ‘Find Locations’ quick link at ups.com
No postage is required. The cost of return shipping of $8.95 will be deducted from your refund.
Exchanges are free and are not charged return shipping. Please e-mail info@nicdelmar.com to specify the item you would like in exchange for the item you are returning. Nicdelmar.com will reply with the availability of the item and notify you when the item will be shipped. Exchange requests must be made within 14 days of original shipment date.
International Returns & Exchanges
Unfortunately, we cannot provide a UPS Return Label for International shipments. Please use your own shipping method by securely packing and sealing the exchanged merchandise and invoice in an appropriate shipping box or envelope, and send back to us using an insured service to (we do not accept responsibility for packages that we do not ship ourselves):
