All orders over $100 shipped within the US via the United States Postal Service Priority Mail option ship for FREE.
Most orders will ship out within a day of ordering (we do not ship Saturdays, Sundays or holidays). Orders placed on Friday after 5 pm EST (US Eastern Time) will begin processing on the following Monday.
Second Day Air and Next Day Air orders placed after 5 pm EST will not ship until the next business day. Some orders will take 24-48 hours to process. In the event that the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or if we need additional information for credit verification, Nicdelmar.com will contact you with a follow-up email.

Nicdelmar.com, as the seller, fulfills its responsibility in shipping the package to the address the buyer provides, with the carrier approved by the buyer at the time of checkout. Nicdelmar.com is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, nicdelmar.com will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
Same delivery is available for a flat rate of $20.00 in Miami. Orders must be placed by 2pm EST and will arrive by 8pm EST or earlier. (We do not ship Saturdays, Sundays or holidays). International Shipping - $35 FLAT RATE
*custom fees are not included in the Flat Shipping Rate and remain responsibility of the customer.
Shipments outside of the U.S. will be shipped via DHL and will arrive approximately 2-3 business days. (Please be aware that delays can occur in customs.)
Nicdelmar.com does not charge additional for any custom clearance fees charged by the government. International customers are responsible for the payment of applicable duties or taxes. These additional charges will be collected from the recipient by our shipping carrier at the time of delivery. Customers who refuse their order will not be refunded the original shipping fee. In addition, the customer will be responsible for all customs brokerage charges, duties, and taxes incurred on the package and the cost of returning the package to Nic del Mar. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund. We recommend you contact your country's customs office for an estimate of fees before placing your order.
Please allow for up to 24-48 hours to process your order.
Domestic Returns & Exchanges
- -Exchanges and Returns must be made within 14 days of the date you received your order and returned in the same condition as it was shipped.
- -Merchandise must NOT BE WORN, ALTERED, STAINED or WASHED with ALL tags attached.
- -All swimwear exchanges or returns must have the original price tags and hygienic liner intact to be eligible for an exchange or return. ALL SWIMWEAR IS SOLD AS A SET.
- -Shoes must be exchanged or returned in the original undamaged shoe box, with no signs of wear and no postal labels. A $25.OO shoe box fee will be imposed if box is missing or damaged.
- -All REDUCED PRICED ITEMS, Candles, Roxanne Rizzo Bronze Glow Tanning Mists, & Jewelry are FINAL SALE and cannot be exchanged or returned.
-Regular priced items purchased with a 10% promotional code are valid for a return. Any promotional codes 15% or over are FINAL SALE.
- -Shipping & handling charges are not refundable.
Returns are FAST & EASY:
1. Affix the UPS Return Label to envelope or box designed for shipping.
2. Include a copy of the completed RETURN FORM in the package.
3. Drop off your package to any location of The UPS Store, UPS Drop Box, UPS Customer Center or UPS Alliances (Office Depot or Staples). To find the location nearest you, please visit the ‘Find Locations’ quick link at ups.com
No postage is required. The cost of return shipping of $10.00 will be deducted from your refund.
Exchanges are free and are not charged return shipping. Please e-mail email@example.com to specify the item you would like in exchange for the item you are returning. Nicdelmar.com will reply with the availability of the item and notify you when the item will be shipped. Exchange requests must be made within 14 days of original shipment date.
International Returns & ExchangesH
Unfortunately, we cannot provide a UPS Return Label for International shipments. Please use your own shipping method by securely packing and sealing the exchanged merchandise and invoice in an appropriate shipping box or envelope, and send back to us using an insured service to (we do not accept responsibility for packages that we do not ship ourselves):

Once your package is received at Nic del Mar, the merchandise will be quality inspected. Please allow 7-10 days for your credit card to be refunded.
