Domestic Returns & Exchanges
- Exchanges and Returns must be made within 14 days of the date you received your order and returned in the same condition as it was shipped.
- Merchandise must NOT BE WORN, ALTERED, STAINED or WASHED with ALL tags attached.
- All swimwear exchanges or returns must have the original price tags and hygienic liner intact to be eligible for an exchange or return. ALL SWIMWEAR IS SOLD AS A SET.
- Shoes must be exchanged or returned in the original undamaged shoe box, with no signs of wear and no postal labels. A $25.00 shoe box fee will be imposed if box is missing or damaged.
- All REDUCED PRICED ITEMS, Candles, Roxanne Rizzo Bronze Glow Tanning Mists, & Jewelry are FINAL SALE and cannot be exchanged or returned.
- Regular priced items purchased with a 10% promotional code are valid for a return. Any promotional codes 15% or over are FINAL SALE.
- Shipping & handling charges are not refundable.
Returns are FAST & EASY:
1. Affix the USPS Return Label to the box.
2. Include a copy of the packing slip in the package.
3. Drop off your package to any United States Post Office location.
No postage is required. The cost of return shipping of $10.00 will be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges
Unfortunately, we do not offer direct exchanges at this time. Please follow the steps above to return your item for a refund within 14 days. Please make a new purchase for the desired item(s).
International Returns & Exchanges
Unfortunately, we cannot provide a Return Label for International shipments. Please use your own shipping method by securely packing and sealing the exchanged merchandise and invoice in an appropriate shipping box or envelope, and send back to us using an insured service to (we do not accept responsibility for packages that we do not ship ourselves):
